vcare refund policy

Praba’sVCare Health Clinic (P) Ltd., (“VCare”) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Praba’sVCare Health Clinic (P) Ltd., (“VCare”) has given on special offers. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Praba’sVCare Health Clinic (P) Ltd., (“VCare”) does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective products please report the same to our Customer Service team ([email protected]).The request will, however, be entertained once we receive it within 20 days of receipt of the products.

Cancellation of Equipment

In case of complaints regarding equipment that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Refund Policy

The bill amount can be refunded, in case, if the product is returned back in unopened condition, if returned within 30 days period. In such case, the freight charges have to be borne by the buyer. In other cases, a formal refund request can be registered with [email protected]. However, it is the discretion of Vcare to decide on the refunds.
